There are three ways to send money using RIA
- In a physical location such as bank, credit union or shopping mall
- Online via the RIA website at https://www.riamoneytransfer.com/ using a debit card or bank account. This option is available only when you send from U.S., Canada, UK, Spain, and Australia.
- Using the RIA mobile app.
RIA Money Transfer – Send Money Via a Physical Agent Location
You can search for the nearest RIA Money Transfer agent location through the RIA Money Transfer website. And agent location is simply a physical location where you can send money. It could either be in a bank, credit union, supermarket or shopping mall such as walmart, and other authorized agents like 7 Eleven.
After you place an order and specify that you intend to pay via RIA Money Transfer, payment instructions will be sent to you via email. This information includes First Name, Last Name, City and Country of receiver who will receive the payment.
After making payment, please take a clear photo of the payment receipt and forward to us for verification and clearance of funds.
The receipt will generally contain sender’s (your) information, receiver’s (the details we provided) information and an 12-digit RIA Money Transfer PIN.
RIA Money Transfer – Send Money Online
Sending payment via an agent location is the most recommend method but if you prefer to send payment online using your credit/debit card or bank account, that is also acceptable.

After sending payment online, please take screenshots of the confirmation receipts showing sender’s information, receiver’s information, and the 12-digit RIA Money Transfer PIN.
Please note that to protect ourselves from fraudsters, if you send payment online using a credit/debit card or bank account we are going to request for a Photo ID (photo of Passport or Driver’s License) for verification. If you know you won’t be comfortable with this requirement please send money at an agent location or choose another payment option.

Proof of Payment
After the transaction is complete and you’ve sent to the Bitcoin to our bitcoin wallet please notify us with your order ID or email address and provide screenshot or transaction receipt (if available) so that payment is verified and accurately associated with your order.
